You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@cedarluxcandles.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for sending the item(s) back.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at returns@cedarluxcandles.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
